These photos were taken on one of the first Pure Adrenaline Team hunting trips to Colorado. Patrick got a nice bull just one day after his brother-in-law Brad got his, in the exact same spot. These bulls were taken in the Taylor Park area near Texas Creek. Photo #1 is of Patrick with a nice 6x5 bull. Photo #2 shows Patrick, Dan Farmer (friend) and Rick Crook (father-in-law) preparing for a long hike up Park Cone to look for more elk. This was a great trip. We learned a lot in this hunt. Photo #3 shows Brad Crook, Patrick Eger, and Dan Eger with Brad's bull taken the second day of the second season. Brad's bull was a 6x6. |

Lots of map work goes into all the Pure Adrenaline hunts. Patrick and Dan look over a map of the area they were hunting and chart places they have seen repeated elk herds. Patrick is photo'd with a bull he took way up on the top of a mountain. He had to start hiking at 3:00 a.m. to get to this spot by daylight and found his bull grazing at 385 yards. It took two days to pack it all out. On the first trip out, Patrick brought the head and some of the meat. He suffered scope rash on his forehead from the recoil of his Browning A-Bolt .375 HH Magnum rifle, but he didn't flinch. Dan Eger is shown with his bull elk taken opening day. That elk had been watched by Patrick and Dan for a long time prior to season. Opening morning it failed to show, but that afternoon it came out with a herd of cows just as it had all week. Dan took his bull at 405 yards. Also pictured is friend Matt Zuehlke, Wisconsin, who was hunting in the same area. Patrick got a nice 6x5 again this year, while Dan took a 5x5. Matt is shown with a 4x4. All were taken on public land. |

This hunt actually resulted in a lot of empty tags but a lot of great memories. Co-Host Brandon Eger is pictured with mom, Joy, on top of Park Cone Mountain. Then again in a trading post in Gunnison, Colorado. Brandon and his mom got to see a lot of first time sights on this trip. Pic #3 shows Patrick, Dan, and brother-in-law Brad making plans for the next morning hunt. |

A lot more happens in a hunt to make memories than just the hunt. These are photos of the Pure Adrenaline Team and some of its hunters scouting and enjoying the great Colorado trail system on some previous hunts. One more thing not to overlook is the terrific scenery. A photo of some nice rams just off the road show you some of the awesome things to watch for on your trips. There were 9 legal rams in this herd. Also shown is Patrick with one of Colorado's nice trout. The streams are full of these fish and provide an alternative to hunting if you need one. |

These pics were taken in 2001 and actually are part of the "No Bull" story. Pictured are Brandon Eger with his uncle Dan from Pure Adrenaline and Dan's nice 6x5 bull with heavy beams. Then Brandon is pictured with his Dad, Patrick, and the cow elk they got together. Brandon is also shown with Uncle Brad, who got his nice 5x5 bull opening morning. The group went home 3 of 4 that year. |

Part of the Toms The Hard Way story, these photos are of two of the first turkeys harvested by the Pure Adrenaline Team. Brandon is shown with his Uncle Brad who was with him when he got his bird. The turkey had an 11 7/8 inch beard and 1 inch spurs. Rick Crook, Brandon's grandpa, got his first bird with a 9 inch beard and 1 inch spurs that same year. |

Another success. The Pure Adrenaline team took Terry from Wisconsin hunting this year and showed him some great sights. Terry got a nice 6x6 on the first day of the hunt leaving a lot of time to enjoy the scenery. |
